All pricing is in Australia dollars (AUD).  Cool Crocks reserves the right to change pricing anytime at their discretion and without prior notice.

Australian transactions using Credit Cards and Paypal will be billed in Australian dollars. If overseas, Paypal will convert the amount into your local currency at the current exchange rate plus add any applicable fees or charges.

Please note, we will accept only Paypal (either using credit card or bank account), direct bank deposit, or international bank transfers for overseas purchases.”

Cool Crocks uses Weight based Freight while still offering great freight rates.

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track your parcel.


International Delivery

We are happy to provide a quote for shipping orders to countries other than Australia. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order.

International customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence.

Collection of Goods

We are a web-store only and have no physical shop.  If you are interested in collecting your purchase, please contact us as this can be arranged.  Pickup would be by mutual arrangement from our location in Geelong. Please contact us to discuss this further.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.

However, you are welcome to return any of our items within 7 days of receipt if you change your mind. Please contact us for further instructions. Please be aware that we will ask you to package up your item securely and ship it by registered post or courier to our address at Cool Crocks, 59 Southwinds Road, Armstrong Creek, Vic 3217 with a copy of your invoice and an explanatory note. Items must reach us in new condition, in their original packaging. We will send you a store credit for the cost of the item. This does not apply to items purchased from our sale.

Please note that we are unable to refund on items which have small variations in colour and pattern. We are also unable to accept returns on items after 7 days

We accept exchanges for credit or replacement, but NOT refunds.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We take great care to make sure your order arrives in one piece.  Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us and explaining the situation so we can assist with a solution.

Gift Wrapping

We are happy to gift wrap your purchase - please make a note in the comments field of your order if you wish to have anything gift wrapped.  Feel free to specify the occasion so we can wrap it to suit.

This is a complimentary service for you.

There will be certain items we are unable to wrap due to size or weight, however we will advise you if there is a problem.
