  • Do I have to pay shipping charges?

You don't have to pay any shipping charges for orders above $100. A simple Flat rate of $9.99 for all orders below $100.

  • By when will I receive the ordered products?

Delivery will be done within 8-10 working days as due to Covid-19 regulatory measures all courier partners are facing delays in pickups and deliveries. So, please allow some extra time.

  • How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area? 

Cool Crocks is trying its best to ship our products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. You will be notified at checkout if we are unable to ship to your postcode.

  • What is the mode of delivery at Cool Crocks?

We use Sendle or Australia Post courier services for the shipment of products across Australia. Depending upon your location and reach, we make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers to deliver products. 

  • Do you ship International?

We are happy to provide a quote for shipping orders to countries other than Australia. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order.

International customers will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to their country of residence.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

We are happy to gift wrap your purchase - please make a note in the comments field of your order if you wish to have anything gift wrapped.  Feel free to specify the occasion so we can wrap it to suit.

There will be certain items we are unable to wrap due to size or weight, however we will advise you if there is a problem.

  • How do I know if my order has been placed successfully

Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Cool Crocks. This email will include all the important details related to your order.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

Simply follow the below steps to check the status of your order:

  • Click on 'Login / Sign Up' to your account.
  • Click on the 'Orders' tab.
  • Go to the relevant Order No. and click on it to check its status.
