What is the Returns policy of Cool Crocks?

We go all out to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our Cool Crocks products. However, we understand that sometimes a return must be made, and we aim to ensure the process is as easy and hassle-free for our customers as possible.

We will gladly exchange your item within 7 days of receipt.

If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.

Grab a Return Authorisation

  • All returns are to be made with a Return Authorisation which must be obtained prior to sending your order back.
  • Simply contact us via for your Return Authorisation.
  • Include “Return Authorisation” in the subject line as well as your order number. In your email please state whether you would like a return or exchange and briefly, the reason why.

Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges:

  • All packaging must be unopened and unused. Once the product packaging is opened, unfortunately, it can no longer be returned.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

If you have received a product which is “Damaged or Defective” and you wish to return the product, by just following the below-mentioned procedures:

For damaged and defective products, please take some photos of packaging and damaged products and send them to us at Our support team will get back to you for your refund processing.

When are returns not possible?
At Cool Crocks, we try our level best to give you the best customer service experience but even though there are certain scenarios where it will be difficult to support returns. The scenarios are as below:

  • If the return request is made after the specified time frame 48 hours (for damaged and defective).
  • Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage done by human error, etc.

How do i get my refund back?
In this, the order amount will be remitted back to your card or bank account or payPal. The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business days however it may take approximately 5-7 business days to get the amount reflect in your card / bank account.
